When purchasing please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges if you change your mind.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty please email us at email@example.com within 10 business days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please ensure you email as soon as you receive your order with your full name, order number, description of the item and images of the damaged good. Once we assess the item we will refund the purchase price or provide a replacement.In our homeware collection refunded orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Processing of your refund will occur within 5 business days of receiving the goods back and provided they are in the original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for postage costs to return to us. The items must be returned in brand new condition. A refund request must be done within 10 business days of receiving the delivery.
