3. ONLINE STORE TERMS 

All prices and product details on the website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. We do our best to ensure everything is accurate, but we’re not liable for any accidental errors or delays in updating information. 

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service 

  • Change pricing or discontinue products at any time 

If we make changes to or cancel an order, we’ll attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided at checkout. 

5. PRE-ORDERS
From time to time, certain products on our website may be available as pre-orders. We aim to make this as clear as possible at the time of purchase such as on the product image, product page, in the cart, at checkout, and in your order confirmation.

By placing a pre-order, you are securing a portion of incoming stock. For this reason, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as they are tied to specific stock allocations and fulfilment planning.

6. DISCOUNTS & PROMO CODES 

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout to be valid. We’re unable to apply discounts after your order has been placed. All offers are subject to availability and may change or end without notice. 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

Everything you see on our website, from product images and descriptions to branding, layout, and graphics, belongs to Pretty Little Designs (or is licensed to us). You're welcome to browse and use the site for personal use, but please don’t copy, reproduce, or republish any part of it without our written permission.

We work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly but we can’t guarantee our site will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free.
