What are our labels made of?

All our label and decals are made of a high performance, premium quality vinyl. The vinyl has a high grade solvent based adhesive that allows set application and a clean removal.  Each decal is created with waterproof, weather resistant vinyl. They are removable but not reusable. The decal will be sent to you on one sheet of transfer tape. Every order includes step by step application instructions and premium quality transfer tape for a flawless application process. If applying decals to drinkware, hand wash only. Do not soak or scrub over the design. Please be sure to clean the surface prior to application. The most common cause for non-adherence is not cleaning the surface prior to application. 

What will they adhere to?

They will adhere to almost all smooth surfaces such as glass, wood, plastic, walls & tiles. Sometimes the rougher surfaces on the wood can make application a little harder than others.

Can I place a custom order?

I love custom orders! If you desire an item that is not listed, please message me requesting a custom order and I will try my hardest to accommodate your request. Please note that during busier times this may not always be possible. Currently during the Christmas period I am no longer doing any custom listings. I apologise for any inconvience.

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

Due to the high volume of order changes I can no longer make changes to an order once it has been placed on the website. Please take the time to select your items carefully. We do not refund due to change of mind. All our items are made to order. 
 

How long will it take to receive my order?

The current turnaround is 2 weeks (During the Christmas period you can expect most items to be processed closer to the 2 week period. There is an option to rush your order on the website but this needs to be discussed before purchase. All our labels are made to order. First we draw up your design or input all your wording. Then it is sent to a cutting machine. After it has finished cutting we remove the excess vinyl by hand. This is referred to as weeding. Once it is all removed an application tape is used over the top so you are able to apply your decal to the chosen surface. Due to the nature of this process please allow between 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped.

Payment options available include Afterpay, Paypal, MasterCard and Visa. 

Posting and Shipping
Orders are shipped via Australia Post and Sendle. With standard delivery you will receive your order between 6-10 business days. However we cannot be be held responsible for delays caused by the Postal Service.

Refunds and Returns

When purchasing please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges if you change your mind. In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty please email us at prettylittledesigns.com.au as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
