FEATURES

Sizing is an approximate guide

Height 2-3cm

Width 6-9cm per word

Single Label - Max 3 words per single label

Labels will be capitalised as standard (except on fonts that are shown without capitals or all capitals or unless stated requested at time of order) 

*Due to the way our labels are processed they may arrive cut in individual words

Pantry containers and storage solutions with no labels will be shipped in 1-2 business working days. Pretty Little Designs creates each of your vinyl custom labels, with time and love, just for you. Please allow 2 weeks for your item to be shipped if bought with labels.

Our pantry labels are made with a semi permanent vinyl. The process is to firstly design on the computer, after it is designed a machine cuts the labels. Once the machine has completed the cut, the excess vinyl is removed and weeded out by hand and a transfer tape is applied for you to install your label. As you can see there is a lot of time involved into making your label. These decals are waterproof but we strongly recommend hand washing these items.

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND - We strongly recommend using registered post or Express to speed up your labels and ensure their safe delivery.

All our labels are shipped with Australia Post. Your order will be shipped once it has been completed within our current turn around times. Shipping and handling costs start from $5.95 your final postage fee is calculated at checkout. This is a tracked service.

Please be advised we do everything we can to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible but can not be responsible for how long Australia Post takes to deliver your item. Please allow 10 working days for it to arrive.

I contacted PLD to explain that my labels were smaller than advertised and also had bits cut off by mistake. I was matching them to a previous order so they needed to be the same size. Sharna emailed me to fix the problem and she seemed genuinely interested in helping me. SHIPPING

All orders at Pretty Little Designs are sent with tracked shipping. The starting rate for shipping and handling is $5.95, with the final postage cost determined at checkout. For urgent label needs, selecting express post is advised for priority handling in the postal system. Your order ships after completion within our specified processing times. While we strive to expedite delivery, please note that factors such as Covid, severe weather, bushfires, high order volumes during holidays, and other unforeseen events may impact shipping times. We recommend allowing up to 10 working days for delivery.
