Refunds and Exchanges

At Pretty Little Designs, we specialise in creating personalised labels and storage solutions that help organise and beautify your space. Each label is crafted with care, tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Due to the personalised nature of our labels, we have established a policy to ensure clear communication and satisfaction with your purchases.

No Refunds or Exchanges on Custom Orders:

  • Our labels are custom-made to suit each customer's unique requirements, ensuring that every product you receive from us is made just for you.
  • We urge our customers to review their customisations carefully before placing an order. Given the custom nature of our labels, it is crucial to ensure that your specifications are correct, including spelling, font choices, and sizes.
  • Due to the customised production process, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for errors made during the ordering process or for 'change of mind' situations. Please double-check your order details and preferences before submitting your order.

Storage Solutions Returns:

  • For our range of storage solutions, we understand that sometimes an item may not fit your space as you envisioned. In these cases, we accept returns under the condition that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt. Upon return, customers can opt for store credit or a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover processing costs. Please contact us at our customer service email to start the return process for your storage solution.

Faulty Items:

  • In the event that you receive a label that is faulty or does not meet the specifications of your order, please contact us at hello@prettylittledesigns.com.au within 10 days of receipt. We will assess each case on an individual basis to determine the appropriate resolution.
  • Please provide your full name, order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs of the faulty item. This will enable us to understand the problem and address your concerns as efficiently as possible.
  • After our assessment, if we determine that the product is faulty due to our oversight, we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected labels.

Damage During Transit:

  • If your labels are damaged upon arrival, please inform us at hello@prettylittledesigns.com.au within 10 days of receipt. Include your order number and photographs documenting the damage so that we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
  • We take each claim seriously and will work diligently to ensure a satisfactory outcome, which may include replacing the damaged items or offering a refund, based on the specifics of the situation.
