At Pretty Little Designs, we do our best to ensure your parcel arrives to you safely, but sometimes the unexpected happens. If you’re worried about how we’ll get your parcel to you, don't be! We'll always do our best to ensure it arrives to you safely. But if something should go wrong, don't worry - we've got a backup plan for that too, with a parcel protection policy for your peace of mind.

What is covered in parcel protection?

We understand that online shopping can sometimes be stressful and we want you to know that our customer service team is ready to help. If your parcel is not delivered or damaged in transit by Australia Post or the courier, please contact the customer service team. Once the investigation is closed we will make a decision in regard to your case. Pretty Little Designs will replace any items that are still available in the warehouse and credit you for the items we no longer have. 

This policy offers a replacement of items and a credit only. Strictly no refunds

What is not covered in this policy

Please ensure your address details are correct before completing your order. If an incorrect address has been entered into your order we cannot be held responsible for either the recovery or replacement of your order.  If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, a re-delivery charge is applicable for re-shipping the order.

Gorgeous gravity grinders

I have bought a few sets of these, not only for myself but also as gifts for family and friends. They are absolutely fabulous, work brilliantly and PLD customer service is next level. Even though I live in a tropical environment I have never had any problems at all.

Pretty Little Penguins

As a result of some late night internet swiping, I came upon Pretty Little Designs. Oh shower bottles! Do I NEED them…well no because everything comes in a bottle. Do I WANT them? Well they are cute. Little did I know how much I would appreciate them every morning. Easy to see content labels (even without my glasses on) and simple pump action dispensers which are gentle on arthritic hands. They sit so proudly on my shower shelf and I think of them as my Pretty Little Penguins.

Processing Times

Most standard orders dispatch within 3 business days, while orders with custom labels are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to leave our warehouse.

Shipping

All orders are sent Australia-wide with tracked shipping from $8.95. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery after dispatch, as delays may occur. We don’t currently ship internationally, and PO Box addresses aren’t accepted.
