Label application is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or replacements are not available where labels fail to adhere or where application is unsuccessful, provided the grinders themselves are otherwise free from defects and functioning as intended.

Great pepper mill

I have two of these and love them and in comparison to other mills I’ve had this is one of the best especially being what I think is reasonably priced. I’m a fan of them and just bought a third for someone else. The only down side but no biggie is that it’s 6x AAA batteries & a USB port rechargeable battery would be more convenient.

Gravity grinders are GREAT!

I have purchased a few sets of these grinders - for myself and as gifts. They work brilliantly and are so good for people with osteoarthritis, and everyone else! I recently had to return one that was faulty and PLD were so obliging and sent me a new grinder immediately, once it was determined that there was a fault. I can’t recommend both the gravity grinders and this company enough. Jan

Most standard orders dispatch within 3 business days, while orders with custom labels are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to leave our warehouse.

Shipping

All orders are sent Australia-wide with tracked shipping from $8.95. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery after dispatch, as delays may occur. We don’t currently ship internationally, and PO Box addresses aren’t accepted.
