Customise your labels effortlessly with our simple step-by-step process. If you ever need assistance, our friendly team is here to guide you. Let's get your organised space started!

How to Place Your Order:

  • Select Your Font: Choose your preferred font from the available options.
  • Choose Label Colour: Select the colour for your labels.
  • Select Quantity: If you need a quantity different from our bulk packs, add the bulk amount and then choose the quantity of singles to complete your order. For example, if you want 34 labels, select a 30 Set of Labels and add 4 Singles.
  • Label List: In the "Notes to Seller" box, list the labels you need without using commas or dashes. For instance, "Self Raising Flour Plain Flour Sugar Salt," etc. Not providing a list may lead to order delays.
  • Add to Cart: Click the "Add to Cart" button to finalise your order.

By following these steps, you can easily customise your order for pantry labels. If you find yourself unsure at any point, our friendly customer service team is just a message away, ready to assist you every step of the way.

Important Note:

  • Single labels refer to one label per container, and they can consist of a maximum of 3 words (e.g., Self Raising Flour).
  • Pantry labels are normally capitalised, except for fonts that are displayed in lowercase or all uppercase in the font preview. If you prefer a different capitalisation, please specify it in the notes when placing your order.

So easy!

I was a first time customer and when the delivery guy let them down the owner of Pretty Little Designs stepped in herself to follow through on my delivery and check on my product once I received. Show me a large company that does that. I’ve since re-purchased again and delivery had no hiccups and product arrived super quick. SHIPPING

Pantry containers and storage items (without labels) are dispatched within 3 business days.

Orders including custom labels are made to order in our Australian warehouse and may take up to 2 weeks to dispatch.

If you're in a hurry, we recommend choosing Express Post at checkout for priority handling once your order leaves our warehouse.

All orders are shipped with tracked shipping Australia-wide, starting from $8.95, with the final cost calculated at checkout. While we do our best to dispatch promptly, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery once your order has shipped, as postal delays can occur due to weather events, public holidays, or peak periods.

Please note:

  • We currently do not ship internationally.
  • Shipping to PO Boxes is not available – please use a street address to avoid delays.
