We want you to love every Pretty Little Designs order, but we know sometimes things don’t go as planned. We’re here to help where we can and make the process as easy as possible.

We want you to love every Pretty Little Designs order, but we know sometimes things don’t go as planned. We’re here to help where we can and make the process as easy as possible. 

  • Contact Us – Pop us an email at hello@prettylittledesigns.com.au and let us know what’s happening. 
  • Complete the Return Form – Fill in our returns form and include it in your parcel. 
  • Pack Your Item – Make sure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. 
  • Post It Back – Send your parcel to our returns address within 14 days of receiving your order. Our returns address is below.
  • Processing – Once your return arrives, we’ll check it over and, if approved, will process your refund or credit note within 5 business days.

PLEASE NOTE we don’t offer refunds on sale items or on custom-made items (i.e. personalised labels). 

Refunds

Not quite right? If your storage product doesn’t suit your space, you can return it within 10 days of receiving your order, as long as: 

  • It’s unused 
  • In original packaging 
  • In resalable condition 

Returns are eligible for a refund or store credit, minus a 20% restocking fee to cover processing costs. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or a store credit issued, within a few days. 

Personalised Labels

Because our labels are made to order, just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect details, or mistakes made during the ordering process (like spelling, font or sizing). 

Before placing your order, please double-check: 

  • All spelling 
  • Font selection 
  • Label size and quantity 

As each label is custom made, once your order is placed, it goes straight into production – this means we can't amend or cancel it. 

If there’s an issue with your order or you believe there’s been a mistake on our end, reach out to us at hello@prettylittledesigns.com.au within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to include: 

  • Your name and order number 
  • A brief description of the issue 
  • A clear photo of the label(s) in question 

We’ll assess the situation and if we’ve made an error, we’ll happily replace or refund the item. 

Sale Items

Unfortunately we only provide refunds on regular priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged or faulty. Please choose carefully.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care packing your order, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, we’re so sorry! 

Please email hello@prettylittledesigns.com.au within 10 days of delivery, and include: 

  • Your order number 
  • A description of the issue 
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging 

If the item is faulty or was damaged during shipping, we’ll offer you a replacement, refund, or credit – whichever suits you best.

Pre Order Items

Items purchased on pre-order are not eligible for cancellation, change, or refund once your order has been placed (as outlined in our Terms and Conditions). This is because each pre-order secures a portion of incoming stock and allows us to plan inventory and packing accordingly.

We do our best to clearly highlight when a product is a pre-order during the shopping and checkout process.

We understand that pre-orders require a little extra patience - thank you for your support and understanding while we get your goodies ready to send!

Gifts

If the item was sent to you as a gift and you have proof of purchase such as a gift receipt, we can return your item and offer you a gift voucher to spend on our site. Once the returned item is received, your gift voucher will be sent to you via email. Please contact us first at hello@prettylittledesigns.com.au. Alternatively, the purchaser can contact us.

Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to us. 

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved for a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.  

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
