At Pretty Little Designs, we do our best to ensure your parcel arrives to you safely, but sometimes the unexpected happens. If you’re worried about how we’ll get your parcel to you, don't be! We'll always do our best to ensure it arrives to you safely. But if something should go wrong, don't worry - we've got a backup plan for that too, with a parcel protection policy for your peace of mind.
What is covered in parcel protection?
We understand that online shopping can sometimes be stressful and we want you to know that our customer service team is ready to help. If your parcel is not delivered or damaged in transit by Australia Post or the courier, please contact the customer service team. Once the investigation is closed we will make a decision in regard to your case. Pretty Little Designs will replace any items that are still available in the warehouse and credit you for the items we no longer have.
This policy offers a replacement of items and a credit only. Strictly no refunds
What is not covered in this policy
Please ensure your address details are correct before completing your order. If an incorrect address has been entered into your order we cannot be held responsible for either the recovery or replacement of your order. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, a re-delivery charge is applicable for re-shipping the order.
Pantry containers and storage items (without labels) are dispatched within 3 business days.
Orders including custom labels are made to order in our Australian warehouse and may take up to 2 weeks to dispatch.
If you're in a hurry, we recommend choosing Express Post at checkout for priority handling once your order leaves our warehouse.
All orders are shipped with tracked shipping Australia-wide, starting from $8.95, with the final cost calculated at checkout. While we do our best to dispatch promptly, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery once your order has shipped, as postal delays can occur due to weather events, public holidays, or peak periods.
Please note:
- We currently do not ship internationally.
- Shipping to PO Boxes is not available – please use a street address to avoid delays.
