How to beat the back to work blues!

We’ve all been there… You’ve just returned from the Christmas holidays and you’re daydreaming about sandy toes and quality time with your family. After feeling this same way since returning to the office, I decided to make a list of things to get me motivated and ready to start this new year strong so I thought I’d share for anyone who is in the same boat!

Here it is:

✔️ Re-organise your desk. There is nothing better than working in a clean, organised space. Whether you work in an office or at home, spend your first day back organising, and maybe even purchasing some new stationery to get you excited. ✔️ Write out some goals you have for the year, then break them down into achievable across each month. Write out a list of things you can do that week to help you get one step closer to your monthly goal. Check out our gorgeous range of pens.

✔️ Include more rest/ time off into your weekly routine. As a small business owner myself, I struggle to step away but what this break has reminded me of is that it’s necessary I do so more often. Resting when you can will help you feel more motivated when it’s ‘go time’.
