Pretty Little Designs ships orders WORLDWIDE!!
Pretty Little Designs creates all your labels to order. You can expect 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped. Sometimes this is sooner depending on your order. If you need your order quicker than our wait times we have a rush my order option, which needs to be arranged before purchase. Please note that during busy periods (October - December) you may need to allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped.
All our labels are shipped with Australia Post. Your order will be shipped once it has been completed within our current turn around times. Shipping and handling costs start from $5.95 tracked postage, your final postage fee is calculated at checkout. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR THE QUICKEST ARRIVAL OF YOUR ITEMS. Once your order has been shipped, Pretty Little Designs cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.

Please be advised we do everything we can to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible but can not be responsible for how long items take to deliver your item. Please allow 10 working days for it to arrive before contacting us.
If your item does not have a tracking number, it has been posted by untracked postage, as selected by you at checkout, which means we are unable to track this for you. (This is why we strongly advise using a tracked postage) Please check with your household members or contact Australia Post.
Please note - We can not be held responsible for items that have failed to arrive due to incorrect information supplied or if you have failed to collect. Items needing to be reshipped will incur additional postage charges.
Selecting Express Post option means your item will be shipped quicker with Australia Post. Express Post next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. We are located in Mandurah, WA, 6210. Depending on your location to Pretty Little Designs will depend on the next business day you can see these times here. network at checkout does not mean your order will be completed any sooner than our turnaround times.

Registered Post post gives you the piece of mind that your item will arrive safely. It requires a signature on delivery and you are provided with tracking on this.

COVID - 19 SHIPPING UPDATE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
New Zealand customers we are still able to send labels only when ordered online and these will now only be sent via registered post which will be reflected in the shipping cost. Please note We are NOT able to send any fragile, glass or wooden items to New Zealand. If you would like a quote for postage for our bathroom bottles, please contact email@example.com with your shipping details.
International Shipping - We are not currently shipping internationally, due to Covid - 19. When the service resumes, we will still only continue to send labels internationally - fragile and bulky items will still be unavailable to our international market.
